The lower corrugating roller is a driving roller, and the shaft end is equipped with a gear, and the motor drives the lower corrugating roller to rotate through a deceleration device. The upper corrugated roller is a driven roller, which relies on the teeth of the upper roller and the teeth of the lower roller to mesh with each other for transmission. In order to corrugate the corrugated base paper between the upper and lower corrugating rollers, a certain pressure must be applied to the upper corrugating roller. Therefore, in addition to rotating around its own axis, the upper corrugating roller can also move along the line connecting the upper and lower corrugating roller axes. This movement is achieved by applying radial pressure to both ends of the corrugating roller through the air cylinder, so that the intermeshing corrugating rollers generate bite pressure.

Tungsten carbide corrugated rollers are 3-6 times more durable than ordinary corrugated rollers.
Generally, the tooth height of the corrugating roller changes greatly, and the quality of the cardboard is unstable. The gap between the core paper and the rubber roller should be 0.1mm-0.2mm when the corrugated roller is new. However, when the corrugating roller wears 0.1mm in the middle, the gap will expand, resulting in excessive The amount of glue and excessive moisture make the cardboard soft and easy to bend; the tungsten carbide corrugated roller tooth height changes little and long, and the quality of the paper board is straight and stable.
Generally, the corrugating roller wears excessively in the middle and becomes concave, and it is impossible to produce wide cardboard.
